million worth of investment properties in China in conjunction with running our own
China-based private equity division. We have a global vision for our China-based
investors that involves branching out our strategic investments to Canada, the US, and

Our initial focus is on value add and high turnaround projects, generating substantial upsides through below-market acquisitions and partnering with experts in local markets, both in and out of China. In addition, investing equity in low-risk projects in sought-after and emerging markets can provide tremendous opportunities for short-term profits, which could later turn into long-term cash-flow prospects.
