ZZY has partnered with JK Development of Toronto, this 95 unit rental
apartment project is located in the North end of Peterborough’s downtown
corridor at the corner of George Street and McDonnel Street.
The project will feature downtown urban living in Peterborough, with 1, 2 and
studio units with an affordable housing component as part of the project
offering.

Port Elgin, Residential

ZZY has partnered with JK Development of Toronto, with this 124 unit rental
apartment project is strategically located in the South end of Pt. Elgin, right off
of Goderich Street and Lake Ridge.

Just a 20 minute commute to Bruce Power, the project will feature apartment
rental units consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with an affordable housing
component as part of the project offering.
